About Hugo
A Calm mind brings inner strength and self-confidence, so that's very important for good health.
Life is ten percent what you experience and ninety percent how you respond to it. ...
Having the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.
If one believes in oneself, one doesn't try to convince others.
To become the master of your destiny, you must learn to control the nature of your dominant, havbitual thoughts.
Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.
