About Jim
Grew up learning Mixed Martial Arts from the age of 7 in private classes where I was able to receive a lot of attention. Private classes provide both the attention and teaching that is more smooth and adaptive to the client's pace. I've learned styles from Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Wushu, summarized to be known as Mixed Martial Arts. Lessons easily adapt to the client's interest whether it be primarily striking, for the purpose of fitness, for training fighters or for essential self-defense. Martial Arts is a passion for me and teaches self-discipline and empowerment of the body and protecting it whether it be from harm or ill-health. A very efficient way to improve the well-being of your mind and body.

Languages in which the lesson is available :

Lessons primarily involve fitness through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) via Striking. HIIT is one of, if not, the fastest and most efficient ways to improve overall fitness and health. Private lessons will primarily go through boxing, kickboxing, (Mixed Martial Arts if students are further interested), fitness, flexibility and strength training.
