About Jaiden

I'm motivated by my students improvement. I will always keep things fun because I believe that's when yolu get the best results. I've been teaching gymnastics and spotting skills since 2018 and I'm extremly coonfident in my abilities. I've been doing cheography for fun since I was a child :) but I've been putting my works on stage for the past 4 years. I've had multiple jobs as a gymnastics insturctor. I went to a shcool that focused big on performing arts and gradutaed my seniro year in the dance honor society which accepts about 3-5 people every graduating class. I'm so excited to share my knowledge with other people and help them grow in new areas :)

My cheerleading coach believed that I had a great deal of leadership qualties and hired me to coach a high school team with him. After they saw my improvement in teaching they moved me to the early levels of gymnastics. I learned how to spot more advanced skills and loved teaching ever since then.

I started dance when I was 4 years old from ballet to hip hop I stopped taking classes but never stopped dancing. I went to privates for ballet and dance intensives and went back to dance school right before going into highschool. I started gymnastics at the age of 6 and started cheerleading in my freshman year of highschool and did competiton cheer. Tumbling level I was able to get to level 5 in cheer which is the highest level. I went to my high school specifically for the performing arts program. I performed and danced in 2-4 shows during the school year every year and was able to cheorgraph a dance for the dance concert my senior year.

About the lesson

I like to start off with where they are comfortable and warm up everyones bodies. As the time goes on we work on more advanced skills. I like to do fun drills and change the pace often to keep the energy and attention up. I have learned if you spend too much time on one thing espically with younger kids they lose focus and its harder to control them. As I begin to know the student on a deeper level we can do more specific drills to their needs to see more improvement.

I have worked with naturally athletic students and students who need an extra push. I have taught kids from the ages of 3-14 to teens from 16-18. I can teach adults as well! I believe if everyone really wants to grow and get better than everyone will be great!

Make sure you feel comfortable and safe. Espically when it comes to tumbling and flipping around. You need to know that the person teaching you is going to give you the best advice and have your back no matter what!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I don't think there are any questions you need to ask yourself before asking me anything. I'm extremly flexible and it's about making you feel comfortable in the space. If you have a request or need you you tell me right away and we will address it then and there.
