About Emily
I focus on teaching the basics and getting you ready to be on a competitive level team. I now the ins and outs of the competition world and what they are looking for in the gymnast. I want to be their to help kids reach their goals of being like the Olympic gymnasts! I have been coaching recreational gymnastics for 4 months. I was a competitive gymnast for 5 years at various gyms. Along with teaching the basics for gymnastics I will offer ballet and modern dance classes. I have been dancing ballet for 8 years and been on pointe for 6 of those 8 years.
I enjoy helping kids achieve their dreams and goals while having fun!
I started teaching because it’s one of my passions to share my knowledge with others and be an inspiration to all people
I have been trained in both dance and gymnastics for a number of years. And I love to share my talents with young aspiring athletes.

Working with a new student I usually go through basic rules and learn what the know how to do and we go through different stretches, jumps and skills that all gymnasts and dancer will need to know.
I have worked with all ages of student the youngest being 2 to adults as old as 80.

At this current moment I do not but it will probably be something like 30-40 dollars for a 30 minute lesson 50 for an hr.
