About Eliana
Certified instructor and coach with years of experience coaching gymnasts of all ages in US and internationally...also with a young and fun approach! At YOUR home or my facility.
I was a competitive gymnast for 7 years and have been a certified gymnastics instructor and coach for 8 years. I have trained hundreds of gymnasts of all ages in both Israel and America for competitions and just for leisure from beginners until Level 8. I first would discuss with the client what their ultimate goal is and then create a session that is customized for them. Based on their skill level, I would build a plan that has them improving each session. Most commonly, I would give drills that improve strength and flexibility while incorporating gymnastics skills. The lessons are aimed to ultimately improve your skills and reach your goals but I try to make the sessions fun at the same time.

Eliana is an incredible coach that comes to our home! My daughter learned more in 1 private class with Eliana than she did at our community's gymnastics group program all year. Eliana has worked with my daughter for a few sessions now and her front handspring, cartwheel, backflips, and back handsprings have improved so much! She also makes the sessions really fun and is extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend her!!
My daughter loves her! My 9 year old daughter is a dancer and wanted to improve her overall flexibility, and other gymnastics/dance moves like her Ariel, back handspring, leeps and jumps. I was amazed at my daughters improvement even after 1 session, and after several more, she was ready for her competition. I can't thank Eliana enough!!! She drove to me for the lessons and was extremely friendly and professional. I will certainly use her again in the future and can't recommend her enough!
Coach Eliana is truly amazing! My daughter had a terrific training session will her! She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to teach many different techniques regarding gymnastics. Pricing of course depends on if I travel to you and where you are located or if you train at my state of the art gymnastics facility. Pricing generally is $70+ per session.
