First we identify exactly what the student wants to acheive. We identify the student's strengths and weaknesses. And we identify what the student's interests and passions are.
With this information, I then develop a lesson plan that is customized around the student's interests and passions in order to make the lesson both educational and fun as we go through the process of learning English.
