About Amber
As a current 3rd year college student, I have been working with YEA! (Youth Education Alliance) since early 2012, helping my Aunt (the owner of the business) run her Biology summer camps! Through all my years of lending a helping hand and through tutoring offered to me by this company myself, I have come to understand, learn and grow to be proficient in k-12 material, as well as having it fresh in my mind as I am a recent highschool graduate.
My high-school career was paved to success through the use of kinesthetic, visual and auditory learning techniques that YEA! has taught me to foster and grow in, while taking and continuing to take rigorous courses.
My tutoring style has found success in utilizing multiple teaching techniques compared to just leaning into one technique, though parental feedback and client feedback is an absolute must and I absolutely base my tutoring style around your needs being met :)
