Shelley is such a great teacher. She connects with students very naturally.she is good at everything, my son has gained confidence in mathematics and reading through her. Now he can read without guidance and he is great in Mathematics. This is all through Mrs Shelley Cruz, very caring and patient with children.

I have seen & heard Shelley teach for over 10 years. My office is very close to hers and I can tell that the kids that she teaches are learning a lot and, at the same time, enjoying themselves. I say this because often (when class is in progress) I can hear a good portion of the discussion.

I also know, by discussing things with her, that the parents (of her students) are very pleased as well. She told me that she gets emails from the parents of former students telling her that the children miss her. I think she has met with the parents and student as well; once in China and once in the US.

I think she has a 100% positive feedback rating (if there is such a thing). There has never been a disgruntled or disappointed parent or student as far as I know.

She thoroughly enjoys teaching and she thoroughly enjoys the kids as well. I believe that she provides written feedback to the parents after every class. So she is good at documenting the progress as well as informing the parent of any areas where there are deficiencies.
