About Katie

I currently am studying Linguistics and Spanish at SDSU and will be obtaining my BA and minor respectively. I am sinulataneously working towards achieving my TEFL certificate through SDSU as well.

I love teaching, and am passionate about helping others with their language progression. My ultimate goal is to be an English teacher abroad. English is my native language, and I am fluent in Spanish.

I have helped elementary students with their English learning at Rosa Parks elementary school through the program “Looking Glass Neighborhood” for one academic semester.

Helping students with their academic and language needs is what drives me, and what I’ll be doing after graduation. All of my certificates and degrees are currently in progress

Teaching and helping others with their language progression is and always has been a passion of mine. It's what I want to do with my life and I'm aiming to make articulation and communication for others easier.
