I am an experienced teacher and tutor. I love connecting with adolescents in hopes to create success for the student. I enjoy helping kids understand content that can be confusing such as grammar, writing, and comprehending literature.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Education with a focus on Integrated Language Arts for grades 7-12.
I have a Masters Degree in Teaching and Curriculum.
I taught for 12 years. I now stay home to raise my young children. I have tutored students starting from age 11 to age 18.

I will get to know the student. Then, I will ask how they need help. I will look at their work and try to figure out how I can help. After discussing where the help is needed and looking at their work, I will provide help accordingly.
