About Brielle

Hi there, my name is Brielle!

I would be thrilled to help those looking to strengthen and improve their writing and grammar for school or for professional development.

I have over six years of experience as a public relations and communications professional. I currently lead communication efforts for a music publisher and record label, in addition to writing on a freelance basis for music publications.

In my role, I am constantly writing and editing press releases, biographies, album credits, corporate announcements, social media posts, and website content. I have great attention-to-detail, and produce error-free work.

I am based in Los Angeles, and am happy to meet in-person or through Skype/FaceTime. I work a Monday-Friday 9-5pm job, but am generally free before 9AM and after 5:30PM PST. I also have complete availability on the weekends.

I am personable, responsible, conscientious, and extremely organized. I like to ensure I have all of the information needed to provide the best possible experience for you!

I graduated with high honors and a B.A. in Arts Management from the State University of New York. This fall, I completed UCLA's Writing for Public Relations course and received an A. In high school, I did complete and pass the College Board exams for AP Composition and AP Literature.

About the lesson

I would first determine the student's experience and comfortability levels with the subject, as well as what goals would like to be reached. From there, I can determine which specific areas would be best for me to offer assistance in, and customize based on the student's learning preferences.

Whether I am helping a student write a paper or improve their grammar, it is important to me not just to give revisions, but to explain why I am doing so, to help strengthen comprehension.
