About Chandra

I love helping people. I feel that if you connect with the right person, it can really help kids get through the stress of schooling. They can develop a sense of confidence, knowing that they have someone to come to when they need help.

I have always loved working with kids. I was lucky and had many teachers that I looked up to, and who encouraged me to become a teacher. I began working as a "teacher" when I was in high school, at our daycare and have worked with kids in each job I had ever since.

I have an AA degree, and I'm in the process of getting my BA in Education. I have worked as a Paraprofessional for 3 years at our local elementary school. I volunteer as well, helping kids with reading and math.

About the lesson
