About Joe
35-year drummer with decades of experience in multiple bands who played up and down the East Coast/Tri-State area, from hundreds of shows performed in bars, clubs and entertainment venues on the East Coast.
Recorded two studio albums and one EP.
Classic rock influences and student of the instrument.
I can educate kids not only about drumming, but about the musicians that shaped and influenced me throughout my life.
When I came to the realization I wasn't going to be a rock star, I thought my talents could go into helping other drummers do so!
35 years of drumming and being a student of music, as well as a plethora of information regarding some fo the greatest drummers of all time.

The first thing I do is find out how long they've been playing, who their influences are, what they like to play, what kind of music they listen to, what do they want to learn more about, and how I can help them.
Sons and daughters of friends and family members.
Drumming is much more about sitting behing a kit and playing. It's about the history of the music, and the artists who brought it to the forefront.
Teaching my friend's son to play "We Will Rock You." It was empowering.
