About Charles

Welcome from Chuck Reichel drum instructor at Sound Picture Recording studios

• I've been doing studio recording sessions, and in addition also playing live performances covering most styles of music for many years.

• I've studied drums in the past under several top notch drummers. Several of my drum students have gone on to the University of Miami music program.

• Also I have had the privilege of having Stevie Wonder ask me if I would play drums for him on an album project!

• I customize my drum lessons to the individual needs of each drum student. My custom drum lessons teach “ear training” while they build the essential “muscle memory” needed for playing drums well!

• As I always say “if you can say it you can play it! :)

• I teach remotely using Zoom & FaceTime or @ my recording studio here in Sunrise FL 33322.

• My passion is playing and recording drums.

• Looking forward to assisting you in obtaining your drumming goals!

Teaching has come naturally to me through studio recording sessions.

I've been teaching drums for over 25 years, as well as doing studio recording sessions and also playing live performances covering most styles of music. I myself have studied drums in the past under several top notch drummers.

About the lesson

Evaluation of students skills and accomplishing goals.

I have worked with young beginners through advanced. Several of my drum students have gone on to the University of Miami music program.

If you make a decision to play drums, if you maintain the desire to practice playing drums, if you stay dedicated to studying and practicing proper playing habits, you absolutely will receive into manifestation your goal of being an outstanding drummer.

Recently one of my students became the Drumline Captain of his high school marching band.

You have to make time to practice. Don't even think about playing if you don't think about practicing.

Perfect! Chuck is passionate about playing the drums and you can tell by the way he conducts his lessons, he is helpful and teaches you how to play the drums and the key FUNdamentals, as he calls it, to be a good player.
