PHENOMENAL patience and caring as an Instructor! My son is affected by autism. This did NOT make Rick pause, for even a second, in wanting to meet him and work with him. His kindness and gentleness really brought out hidden talent in my son in way that my son couldn't wait to work with Rick every week. Rick's skill and experience allowed him to easily connect with my son and teach him music on his level and bring him along. My son cannot tolerate loud noises. However, Rick knew just how to handle this during lessons and ultimately my son was able to attend his first live concert watching Rick perform....and LOVED IT! We would still be participating with Rick for percussion lessons had we not relocated. We even SERIOUSLY considered commuting the 2 hours weekly for lessons with Rick but my son couldn't do the commute. Highly recommend Rick!!!!
