-25 years playing experience in various live, touring, and studio settings.
-Proficient in Country, Rock, Metal, Blues, Pop styles.

-Graduate and current staff member at Musician’s Institute in Hollywood.
-Able to offer consultations on networking, getting and keeping the gig, as well as the “drummer’s mentality” and responsibility of a drummer in a band setting.
-Current member of a signed, touring band.

First lesson will be a consultation to assess the goal of taking a private lesson. Depending on playing level there will be immediate playing
Gauge ability level by presenting basic rudiments, etc. Ask them to play a song of their choice/favorite style.
Students of all ages and skill levels.
I have experience with special needs students as well.
Assess what you want to achieve from taking private lessons.
Realize that results take time and patience. You need both to truly see a difference.
Dont focus on what the “online drummers” are doing. Everyone is different and that is what make you unique. Stay on your own journey.
Playing a sold out show in Hollywood for my band’s CD release party. Great energy from the crowd and a great performance from the band due to preparation.
