About Dylan
I am a professional writer with an MFA in creative writing livining in New York City. I've previously worked with college age students to improve their analytical and persuasive writing as well as working as a tutor for college application essays. Some of my previous students have been accepted into the University of Florida Levin College of Law, as well as Florida State University's Masters in Public Administration Program. I'm excited to help others improve on their analytical as well as creative writing and am flexible for online or phone meetings to discuss work.
I have an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Florida and am currently working on my MFA thesis in creative writing at The New School. I have previously led writing workshops at the University of Florida's writing lab as well as private college application tutoring.

I like to have a preliminary meeting with a student where we can discuss the specific areas a student needs help with as well as their goals in writing. From there, we will make a plan to meet soon after and discuss the student's current work and how best to continue forward. Some students are looking for more general edits and guidance while some want meticulous line by line reading. Tutoring will be tailored to the needs and wants of each individual student.
