Hmmm... it's very easy. I just want a student that values education. Because after all, education is what we need to advance in life, might as well we take our precious time by embracing the knowledge we cam obtain.
I worked with a lot of students with different behavior.
If ever you are going to look for a teacher, remember to know his character. A teacher should know how to encourage and motivate the students regardless of any circumstances. A teacher should not and must not start discrimination towards his students for it promotes inequality.

Details
Actually as a newbie, I am not expecting for a high salary. However, what I look forward to is a reasonable rate. It's good to have at least, 100-150 pesos per hr.
