I make learning the art of cooking fun and easy for all. I use easy to find ingredients and make any excess into tasty leftovers.
I want people to taste the love I put into every meal.
I create meals and menus to share with hungry people. I cook with passion and abundance.

I have been in an Italian kitchen for over 40 years. I have taught classes in my house and in Boston. I consider myself to be an expert in the field
