I have studied at the professional culinary institute Carlo Porta in Milano Italy and received a degree in culinary arts and culinary teaching. 25 plus year of experience. I love to cook and to teach.
5 years of Culinary degree in Italy. 30 years of experience. Dietary management certification. Certified cooking college trainer and teacher.

I will interview the customer and understand the kind of class would prefer to do, technical or fun, demonstration or hand on, basic skills or advanced . I will then make a plan and built a class and the teaching around the customer's preferences.
I can also teach house cooking management including food shopping and a weekly cusomized menu planning. Baby food teaching also provided.

Individual 50 dollars a hour. Minimum 3 hours.
2 persons 75 dollars a hour.
3 persone 100 dollars a hour. Minimum 3 hours.
Basic cooking course for individuals: 15 hours $ 600
Basic cooking course for 2 ppl $ 900 3 ppl $1200.
Advance cooking classes price to be determinate depending on the cooking requests.
