About Meredith
I enjoy teaching others to cook and bake. I have worked in all aspects of the food service world. I owned my own catering business as well as been an executive chef.
I enjoy seeing people happy once they have learned a new skill and can use that skill to entertain, cook for the family, or even start working in the industry.
I have an Associates degree in Culinary Arts, a Bachelors degree in food service management and a Masters degree in Culinary Education. I have taught and worked in the industry for 30+ years.
