We are a bespoke multi-discipline culinary company designed to connect our communities with flavors of the world, curated by our local Chefs, masters of regional centric global cuisines, fostering commensality, and creating exclusive and exquisite memorable dining experiences for you and your guests.
Our love for service and quality is expressed in the memorable dining experience you reap from the fruits of our seasonal exquisite culinary creations.
I started with my catering company as demand for classes increased along with our catering services to our customer base.
I have a culinary degree from Art Institute, in San Antonio, TX. Learned cooking since I was 5 years old. Have worked from line cook to Chef with fine dining restaurants, hotels, resorts, event centers, like ATT Center, country clubs, and catering companies.

Based on their interest of type of cuisine, level of participation they would like interact in the class, and number of guests that will participate, that will dictate the program we offer and budget required. We would provide the recipes to our guests and take them through each step, with an understanding why each step is essential, along with educate them on techniques and history of the meal they are making with our help. We finish the class with our guests dining from their creations and enjoying the fruits of their labor plus answer any further questions they have.
Couples, families, health conscious individuals, group participations, showcasing lessons to organizations and communities.
Have an idea of what genre of cuisine they want to learn, how many courses they want, how many guests are going to participate, and budget for the class. Lastly, have a passion to learn, and enjoy sharing their food enthusiasm with their guests.
Valentine's Dinner curated by us, in conjunction with pairing from local whiskey distillery.

We start with $75 per student. Minimum 2 guests at $150/class, depending on the complexity of the menu and service.
