About Christina

I am a Health Coach and a home chef who had to learn to adapt all my recipes to my own dietary needs. I can create and adapt recipes making them delicious and nutritious. Guten Free, AIP, Plant Paradox, Ketogenic, Low Carb and Paleo Diets are my specialty. I noticed, through my work, that most people have a great difficulty in adapting their dietary needs and cook delicious food. That is essential to maintain a new lifestyle. My experience with my clients and my own need to change made me create my courses.

I teach Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and healthy cooking cooking. I specialize in allergy free cooking and dietary adaptations. I am a home chef who had to learn to adapt all my recipes to my own dietary needs and other family needs. I can create and adapt recipes making them delicious and nutritious. Guten Free, AIP, Plant Paradox, Ketogenic, Low Carb and Paleo Diets are my specialty.

I love cooking and eating. I believe it is easy to learn to cook and to make simple, delicious, healthy food. It is a matter of understanding seasoning and how to combine or create a meal.

Cooking is my therapy, teaching is my life mission.

I don't have professional courses in culinary. I have done several courses in gluten free; have trashed many attempts; and have successfully eaten several attempts. It is how I cook for myself and my family.

It is due to years of experience cooking and another several years having to change how I cook that made me want to teach. Why should you struggle and go through all I went through. I am offering a shortcut.

About the lesson

I will ask what the person would like to learn, what they like to eat, what they expect to get from the class. Before class, we will define the menu together. It is hands-on. You can only learn if you do it.

I can do individual lessons and group lessons. Everybody helps and participates.
