Who am I?
I'm an experienced, certified ServSafe® instructor, AESCA honors graduate, ACF member and more importantly a creator, baker and engaging chef: I genuinely love what I do!
I enjoy teaching traditional and flexible courses & like to deep dive into specific areas of baking here on Lessons.
I'm also a wife and mom - most of my flock have flown our coop but I still have a few in the nest enjoying the spoils of my craft. I have homeschooled my brood through to college and really feel honored to have the privilege to share my experience in pastry and the culinary arts.
