About Chef Jeremy

I have been cooking most of my life. I wrote my first recipe in 1st grade was a double-decker sandwich. It was posted on the wall at my school.

I grew up with great cooks in my family! Went to a lot of great restaurants while growing up so to the type of business my father and grandfather were in. In high school was apart of a catering program where I was able to excel in culinary arts. I competed in cooking competitions and went to nationals received medals and scholarship to attend Johnson and Wales University and received my degree.

I have worked in many different types of food services restaurants, hotels 5 Stars, upscale grocery store cooking instructor and more! I have worked for chefs that are on top of there game like Chef Stephen Pyles, Chef Dean Fearing and many others.

I love teaching others about how to create great food and sharpen there cooking techniques. Let's get cooking. Great idea for a date night, or get a group of friends or want to take your cooking skills up to a few notches. Classes range from $75 and $150 per person. There are a few class that could cost $$$ more depending on the menu. Please, serious inquiries only.

Creating new menu items and teaching and learning form others. I love to make great tasting food that looks good too! I recommend a knife skills class for first class if possible. The knife skills class is a game changer for a lot of students. This does not have to be your first class.

Cooking lessons offered by Chef Jeremy are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Lucas. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
