About Melda
I graduated from culinary school. I have 4 years experience in food business. I came from Mediterranean region. I know French cuisine, Italian cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, American and Middle Eastern cuisine. I graduated from my school in the first place. I won some cooking winning in the competitions. I worked at restaurants and worked in baking production company. Cause I came from Mediterranean region I cook more healthy and slow cooked food. I know how to make healthy and delicious food. Once you start to eat these kinds of food you will never like other foods. And also you will feel that you are eating healthy and feel satisfied. I am also a cater and cooking for families meals. I organize their meals depends on what and how they want. Come and try to cook my way. I know you will like it :))
I used to be an engineer but my passion about food never stopped in my soul so I started this business. I love to cook and actually I love to cook delicious food. When you eat the food you have to feel all the tastes and your feelings have to be satisfied. The best moments in life when I am tasting a delicious and different food. I love to travel for food too, I visit Italy, Spain and more countries to learn about food and also drink. I love to cook and I want people to learn the way to cook healthy and delicious. I want the people and the kids grown up with different and healthy flavors. I also welcome to the kids to teach them how to cook and taste different varieties of food. My passion is cooking healthy and delicious. I want everyone to start eating different and healthy food. This idea makes me to teach people to make them learn how to cook and share the best moment in life with people who they love.
I went to a culinary schooland got restaurant business and worked in restaurants and baking production company for 4 years. I am a personal chef and also cater. And doing savories like cookies and muffin products.

I have to learn how much they know about cooking process after these knowledge I will teach them how to cook depends on what we are cooking. I will give the tips about the products and cooking better. Making a list of ingredients and cooking technique and all the process. So they can try near me and also they can try in their home for their families and friends. Cooking needs patience and Passion. Would like to teach my way of cooking to them.

I want to include everything inside. All the products that we are going to use and all the equipments. The food price that which we are going to cook will change of course. I am planing to make meals like 4 course. The meals price will change depends on organic choice. From kids under 12 will be priced half.
