About Michael
I like to teach hands-on with organic and quality ingredients. I teach professional culinary techniques step by step. provide recipes and other requests by demand.
I love food and enjoy cooking.
I started teaching in 2012 as a substitute teacher for culinary arts only and I realized i enjoyed teaching and need to continue expanding my experience in teaching within the pucblic sector Miami Dade County Public schools, Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus, and Johnson & Wales University.
A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University,
B.S. in Food Service Mangement from Johnson & Wales University, &
Master in Business Administration from Florida International University
Instructor/Proctor Servsafe Food Protection Manager - National Restaurant Association

I work with students ages 9+. I am I high school culinary teacher; teach 9-12 grades. university Professor ages 17+. Private Chef Classes 9+.
Look for an individual that is highly qualified and helps the student in many aspects of the kitchen not only in the cooking portion, but costs and weekly planning/schedule. what is your lifestyle, do i have time to cookeverything in one day, etc.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
-what are your goals? eat healthy, learn techniques, etc.?
-what cooking tools do i have at home to perform some recipes? Keep it simple and discuss with a professional what tools are needed.

-Proessional Services $80 per hour
-Traveling to site $20, any distance after 5 miles is an addional $10
Extra Services:
-Grocery Shopping $20 + plus groceries (Original reciept is provided and any groceries bought stay with you). Might have to go to several groceries to purchase all ingredients.
