About Ivy
These cooking Workshops are completely hands on. Clients will receive a workbook to follow along with the leader. When it is time to prepare the food, every client will be making his or her own. This Workshop is set up to be a comfortable atmosphere while learning. Clients receive a certificate of completion at the end.

Safety is always first. Learning how to hold a knife properly, as well as how to properly turn on a stovetop and placement of the pots and pans safely is of utmost importance. I show short little movie clips throughout the lessons. When it comes time to prepare the food, clients follow my demonstration. When it is prepared, clients can eat the food. Door prizes are given throughout the time together.
