About Corey
I'm Chef Corey Rice from Chicago West Englewood community. Personal Chef for 20 years
Summer of 2016 I was BLESSED with the opportunity to represent my Family Neighborhood and City on national T.V. (MasterChef on Fox) With world renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay
Now, I only lasted 2 episode! I lost cooking fried chicken However it was an awesome experience.
January 21 during the Travel And Adventure Convention In Washington D.C. I competed in the Culinary Fight Club Black Box PRO Series On the "Taste of Travel" stage and Won the title.
City of Miami during the weekend of the SOBE Food And Wine Festival Working with The On It Foundation, Teaching Cooking Classes to children between the age of 9-18 on Saturday Feb 24,2018.
I would love to demo and share my passion for food and cooking or help in anyway possible

Currently in the City of Chicago, I'm working with The Chicago Public Schools, Teaching an After School Culinary Club to 6th 7th and 8th grade urban students every Wednesday.

Executive Chef to Monster Education Foundation A (none for-profit) organization, working to empower the next generation of leaders as they pursue higher education and make a difference in their communities.
My Joy and Passion for cooking for has also landed me as a Guest Chef At The Black Women Expo 2017 In Chicago Cooking for the Stars in the VIP lounge April 9th.
June 21 2017 in the Taste Of Chicago on the Life Way Demo Stage.
June 2017 Bacon Classic Peoples Champion Rib Fest Chicago / Culinary Fight Club.

I love that im able to help change the lives of people through my love of food. I believe God gave us all gifts and talents and placed us all here to be help to one another.

After going on MasterChef in 2016, people began to reach out for cooking demos. After i saw how much fun I was having as a teacher the rest was easy. On big stages from the Taste of Chicago, South Beach Food and Wine to Wholefoods Supermarkets and Le Creuset, to inside your home i love what I do and so will you.
I've been in culinary for more than 20 years. My joy was infused by my parents, Teachers and passion that i have for food.
My best teacher was Gordon Ramsey

I love to learn out about my students, Level of Culinary knowledge, how comfortable they are in the Kitchen and Kitchen Goals. This helps me better serve everyone in a class enviroment
I have worked with students from the ages of 12yrs old up to 100yrs old (Garden Club in Evanston Il) bless their hearts
