About Julie
We all have to eat sometime - might as well make it fun while we're at it! I'm extremely passionate about having a good time preparing food and exploring new flavors and cultures. My specialty is creating out-of-the-box, one-of-a-kind dishes that allow me to meld all the delicious Asian flavors that I grew up with and incorporating them with the American comfort foods that I love. Get ready for a unique class!
I love being creative and believe that teaching something I love is the ultimate version of this. Food and people are my two greatest passions. I enjoy the creativity that comes with food and developing new tastes and exposing myself to new cuisines. However, I also love working with people. Adjusting to match an individual's tastes or learning what their challenges are in the kitchen and finding solutions to those obstacles is what drives me. I love being creative and being involved in cooking classes allows me to do that in a multitude of ways.
