About Nina

My educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology, graduate of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and trained in Functional Medicine Nutritional Counseling.

These various schools of thought have made me a life long learner of the mind-body connection and how to solve some of our most pressing mental, emotional, spiritual and physiological challenges of our time. When observing our own human-ness, it becomes apparent the questions and answers always reveal themselves by going inward ..and that doesn't necessarily mean a dark and scary place. Sometimes its just fear of the unknown, foreign territory and fear of something new. Sometimes that's both scary *and* an exhilarating mystery. A mystery full of learning and how we didn't even know certain parts of our brain and soul mind existed so beautifully and so differently... so uniquely.

I welcome, encourage and explore connecting to your intuition and inner guidance, challenging every nook and cranny of the status quo, and consciously creating your most courageous and Self-defined life. I’m a fierce role model—my life is dedicated to my own self-transformation. I live what I coach. I go where I am pulled.. and I am unsatiably pulled to go even further.

The mindfulness-based coaching tools I use are practical and faciliate personal growth from many aspects including,

If you want to stand in your own power and have clarity about who you are and where you’re headed—if you want your life to originate from the truth of your inner Self, not from the dictates of society or other people’s expectations—I can help.

There is no better honor, to me, than to be called upon to share my gifts and learnings and play a facilitative role during your unique personal shift and transformation. Not only are you transformed in the process, but so am I. We get the opportunity to learn "from each other." The magic is in what we exchange and in collaboration with the elements at play that particular day in the Universe! That "greater force" is always conspiring on our behalf if we are careful to look and listen. The universe conspires in our best interest when we trust it, have faith in ourselves and when we respond back from a place of love and intuition.
