About Tamara
Jossie Catering is a boutique catering and personal chef service that focuses on bringing Cosmopolitan Comestibles to the Average Jo. Additionally, Chef Tamara has taught home and commercial cooking lessons for 6 years, and is delighted to bring out the cook in anyone.
Food is a universal way of nurturing someone, making them feel welcome and celebrated. I love cooking for others, but I especially enjoy mentoring cooks young and old.
I have over twenty years professional cooking experience, in a variety of cuisines and cooking styles.
