About Tiare
I am a professional French-Tahitian Pastry Baker "Patissière".
Proud to say I got my Certificates of Art of Baking & Pastry from The French School of Master Chef:
Stephane Treand MOF & World ChIampion Pastry Chef.
Actually I have been working with him for 4 years since my last Graduation. I am assisting Chef for all kind of classes.
Executive Chef from all over the world are coming for him to learn his High end skills.
I take group and offer private classes on my own too bringing people to our school or exceptionnaly to their place for special event. Price to be determined by What, Where and how many people.
Cooking and Baking is my passion, it started at very early age. I am good at creating all kind of different new recipes using many spices but especially The famous Tahitian Vanilla from The Island I am coming from.
I have been teaching just after my graduation and internship, did validated my Diploma and started teaching since for many years....
I trained with One of The Best French Pastry Chef MOF 2004 which is also World Champion Pastry Chef 2008. I was lucky to work with him for several years as His Assistant Class teaching.
