About Channi
I take the time to initially understand what my students want to learn and then we tailor a plan to work together in teaching those cooking skills.
I love what I do and people tell me that it definitely comes across in my teaching and my food.
People engage with me and the food I cook. They love the ease in which I teach and my unique flavoring to traditional dishes. I have been doing this for the past 15 years and have come across a varying number of students with different cooking backgrounds.
One of my friends said why don't you teach me how you cooked one of her favorite dishes. When several other friends wanted to join in, I said, "hmm... maybe I should start teaching what I enjoy doing!"
I have been cooking and teaching for the past 15 years. I have two award winning Chillies which are a humble testament of my passion for cooking. I cook Indian, Chinese, Indo-Chinese, Persian, Mexican, and Italian cuisines.

I hired Channi to learn more about basic flavoring of Italian cooking. I found her from her through a recommendation from a friend who had tried her cooking and had taken a few lessons from her. Channi's is a sweet amazing chef who loves what she does and it comes out in her teaching and cooking. No question is wrong for her.
