About Matthew

I am about to gradute from Lehigh University with a degree in Computer Science. I absoluelty love programming, especially low-level design. I have experience in teaching students Java, C/C++, concepts of AI, and software engineering. In addition, I have built a website for an EMS agency. My LinkedIn is: (concealed information)

I started teaching in college as a grader for the classes that I had taken. I have specifically tutored people in Java, C/C++, full-stack development, and concepts of computer systems and artifical intelligence.

Graduting from Lehigh University with a Bachelor's degree in computer science.

Written a website for an EMS agency (this included full-stack development, it was written using MySQL and PHP)

I was a grader for multiple computer sciences classes in colleges including artifical intelligence, computer systems, software engineering, and data structures. I have experience in a wide variety of languages.

About the lesson

When I get a new student, I like to understand specifically what the student would like to learn. I do that so I can take the time to prepare for our meeting and make the best use of our meeting time as possible.

I have worked with college-aged students

If you are looking for a tutor, find someone experienced specifically in the area you want to know more about. Don't be afraid to reach out to someone either and ask if they understand a concept well enough to teach it!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think specifically about what they are trying to get out of a tutoring session. Do they want to understand more about a particular concept like how does networking work or want to obtain a new skill like how to navigate a terminal in Linux.
