About Yandie
- I am taking Chinese 1A for credit right now, and the teacher paired me with non-native speakers. Therefore, I understand some difficulties they had during the learning. I also learned some teaching strategies from my teacher, such as how to explain certain things.

-first, I will check what the student already know, and what specifically they want to learn.
-I will also try to think some interesting ways to help my student get interested in learning.
-I will encourgae my students to spend some time learning Chinese everyday.It does not has to be like a whole hour learning for each day, but whenever the student feels like to use Chinese is good enough. Because the best way to learn a new language is to let the student immerse in that language environment.
-I understand learning a new language can be very challenging, I will try my best to make the student having fun learning Chinese by introducing propriate Chinese culture and tasting food to my student. I will also give rewards when they are trying their best in learning Chinese.
-I will demonstrate the contents that the student need to work more and give them advise during the learning process.

Learning a new subject or language need to spend extra time after the class in order to improve. Although tutors and teachers are necessary for learning, however, self learning after the lessons are more important. Learning a new language will not be easy. I hope my student understand the hardness of learning Chinese. I will try my best cooperate with my student during th learning process.
