First of all I try that student for a few words to get into his type of understanding stance then I try to adjust the levels of my illustrations in as much as possible combatible way as possible. I just make sure that even hardest concepts are understood by student in a simplest language and as it can be used by later studies also.

Well, I have a pricing standard thats easy to manage though it is upto how much of my time is being used.
