About Hannah
As a recent Herman B Wells Scholar graduate at Indiana University, I have taken just about every STEM class available in preparation for a career in medicine. I love nothing more than helping students realize their potential in the STEM field and not just check the boxes required to do well in the class but to change the way they learn. I understand virtual learning is particularly difficult, so I help to bridge the gap for students in Biology, Chemistry, and Anatomy to result in the best possible success.
Qualifications: 3.75 science GPA, 80th percentile MCAT, 97th percentile SAT, organic chemistry tutor for 3 years
Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology and Spanish with a minor in Chemistry. I have served as an Organic Chemistry II tutor for 3 years.

I want to meet the student where they are and understand what their goals are for the future. First, I ask students how they usually study, what environment they study in, and what seems to be working for them. With this background information, I suggest a strategy for moving forward. Then, I provide a mixture of "mini-lectures," problems, verbal "quizzes," and challenging/ push questions.
Every step of the way, I make sure the student is on-board and happy with our tutoring strategies and methods. Ultimately, the student needs to be happy and motivated enough to put the work in or else the time is of little use to any party involved.
I have worked with both college students and high school students.
