About Jack
I am dedicated to providing helpful and compassionate tutoring to anyone in need of a flexible and understanding teacher.
I am currently in the final semester of obtaining my batchelor's of Science, majoring in Biology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. During this time, I accrued a cumulative GPA of 3.81 (on a 4 point scale) and participated in (on both ends) the tutoring of students in the science field. I also have experience tutoring for a firm that specializes in MCAT (medical college admissions test) preparation. I have done this since August of 2019.

My process is very flexible to meet the particular student's needs. I don't think that any two students can fit into the same cardboard cutout format so I keep an open mind to the specifics of how the necessary material gets covered. In general however, I am a proponent of active learning over passive techniques such as rereading notes.
