About Jacob
I've tutored privately for a year and before that was a tutor at St. Charles Community College for two years. To ensure the most productive sessions, I make sure to have students tell me what they're struggling with beforehand. I'm then able to prepare aids either through worksheets or visual aids to help ensure understanding.
I love when I see the flash of understanding on my students face when they finally "get" whatever they're struggling with. Getting to know a student and really help them with what they're struggling with is one of the joys of this job.

Yes, my standard rate is 20$ for high school students and 25$ for college students. The price increase is due to the increased difficulty and extra preparations required for college chemistry.
