About Brian
My aim is to build a student’s understanding and confidence and to help them realize better grades. I’ve tutored numerous students who (along with their parents) were at their wits end. I can fix that!
My approach is to ensure that a student 1) understands the concepts 2) can apply the math, conversions etc and 3) can successfully navigate word problems, test questions and lab reports. Improving those aspects will show up as better grades and more confidence chapter after chapter.
I'm a father of two teenagers, a baseball coach and I work in pharmaceutical R&D where science is the basis of all we do
I've tutored my daughter and son in high school chemistry and I'm presently tutoring several other highschool and college students. I understand how high school and college chemistry is taught - it's vital to learn the concepts from the start as they build on each other!
