I like to learn about what their strong points and weaknesses are so we can come up with a new and unique process to get them to the level they want to be. Communication is key and I never want a student to feel like they have to tell me what I want to hear rather than what they actually are feeling.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Always think about what you wish you could tell your teachers in class, but do not feel you can. I want you to be comfortable discussing anything with me and know that any questions, doubt or concerns you have are always fine to bring up.
