About Jade
I love training groups as much as I love one-on-one connections. I'm also an instructor trainer which means that I can teach you how to be an instructor before your company or individual business. On top of first aid and CPR I also offer certifications in bloodborne pathogens and babysitting safety. I'm flexible and honest and ethical and every part of my life and my classes are fun and educational.
I've been a trainer for a very long time and it's always fun to watch my students have those aha moments when something really clicks and they start doing what they've learned in a practice controlled way or when they put the pieces together about what they've learned. I love watching new students go from nervous to confident in their skills.

I like to talk to the student and see what training they have had in the past. This informs me on how much time I should spend going over topics that might be new, or that they have little experience in. I like the cater training to a student's level of knowledge.
I have worked with everyone from a class of 12 year olds to an 82 year old receptionist. I have trained professionals, students, teachers, wildlife instructors, and students. I am happy training in groups and one on one.
Make sure they are accredited and make sure that if you are getting your certification for a specific reason (a job, a class, etc) that they accept all forms of accredited certifications. I train the exact same training that The Red Cross and AHA do, and follow the same guidelines but some organizations will only accept certain agencies certifications.
I did a non-certification class on Infant CPR for a group of new moms and I loved being able to make them feel confident about how to save their baby in a cardiac or chocking emergency.
