About Georgia
I am currently studying biology and English at Oregon State University. I love teaching and helping others with these subjects because I am very passionate about them. I have always been interested in biology in particular, and I worked at Lincoln Park Zoo for two years because of this. I have tutored many students before, particularly at the elementary school I attended.
I started teaching when I was asked to start tutoring a young student that I had been babysitting.
I have been studying at Oregon State University for a year now. Additionally, I have held educational camp counselor positions and tutoring positions in the past.

I like to take some time to get to know the student, whether that be over the phone or a short initial meeting in order to understand what that student needs.
I have worked with students of all ages, but I find that I am usually requested for elementary age students (whom I also babysit occasionally)
I was very fond of the job that I held at Lincoln Park Zoo. I loved my coworkers, as well as the experience I gained there.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should think about what they have done well in the past, and what they specifically struggle with. Additionally, they should think about what learning method is the most effective for them.
