About Kate
Hello! I am an artist, educator and creator with 20 years of experience in the arts. I'm a Designated Linklater Teacher, Yoga Instructor, Thai Bodyworker and have worked on the college-level for 15 years. My method Brennan Check-In cultivates more present, collaborative artists who are agents of their own well-being. Whether speaking, singing, mindfulness, meditation or bodywork, I give people the skills they need to become more calm, confident and capable in their own lives. I am a member of The Dramatist Guild, AEA, and hold an MFA from the University of Virginia.
