I usually like to first get to know them.  What's their past history in Acting, if any?  Why did they choose this?

Then I build off their talents with improve and acting by script.  I focus on not just reading and memorizing lines, but movement and showing personality.  The age old talents of projecting your voice so everyone can hear you without the aid of a microphone.

If you want to go farther, I can show you little techniques on getting hired to a job.  Its a business so you have to work.
