About Marco
I am not a teacher, but a coach who is working in the field. I don't feel there's anything to teach, as much as there is to simply discover in the text, guided by the right questions.
Its unlike anything else. Truth flourishing from the imagination, and the camera capturing every moment behind the eyes. It's the greatest profession in the world, and to get paid to show others the path to getting there is an honor.
Via this website. I have directed other students at the New School, but thought to myself that i'd rather work with people in private sessions. I still don't think there is anything to teach unless its something specific like accents and stage combat (which I don't do). I am a pretty straight forward dramatic TV/Film coach, but I can pin point where a reading is going wrong and do my best to break bad habits.

Mainly college students. I'm more of a working actor than a teacher.
Feel out what it is you actually want to do. If you want a career, if you just want to do this as a hobby. Each teacher/coach is a different person with a different creative approach. Feel out which one works best for you.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask yourself if there is anything else you think you could do with your life career wise. Seriously, this is a rough mountain to climb if your seeking to act as a profession. However, this question shouldn't stop you from seeking out coaching. Its important to delve into new creative outlets, and i'd feel honored to be a part of that decision process.

I charge $50 for the hour. (half hours count as an hour in this case) Not willing to negotiate under that cost, especially since i'd be driving to you.
