About Sean
I am an actor of 30 years, am heavily trained in Meisner Technique, film and theatre performance, stage combat and more. I have been an instructor for 2 years now, specializing in Meisner, emotional recall, and private coaching for auditions, callbacks, and bookings, and utilize my knowledge and wisdom from therapy to create a creative space where actors can be feel free, unrestrained, protected, and encouraged/motivated to explore and express from whatever energy they’re feeling, without judgement or control. I give actors the tools to be their own guides and artistic leaders, to trust their instincts and gut responses in mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual capacities, and I truly wish to see everyone fly and accomplish all that’s in our hearts. I cannot wait to share what I have learned and grown into with you all, and I wish everyone a beautiful day. :) Cheers!!
