About Melanie

I’ve studied with the best. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned.

I enjoy helping people feel empowered and confident.

i was a very shy kid. I discovered humor when I was about 13 years old. I remained shy. But, interestingly, I found a sense of confidence when I was in front of people.

I’ve studied voice, vocal techniques, breathing, acting, writing, improve. I’ve studied at the Groundlings and with the Actirs Conedy Studio. Honestly, I’ve studied with the best, including Lucille Ball, Joe and Mary Sargent, Tiny Barr, etc.

These names may not be familiar to younger folks. But, they certainly influenced my life and my acting abilities.

i have experience in stage, film, and voice over and audiobook narration.

About the lesson

I stress communication. Being a good communicator means being a good listener. A big part of acting is listening.
