About Rukhsar
I am a good to outstanding teaching professional. Seven years of experience and my BA hons degree in Supporting and Managing Learning in Education are my strengths. As part of my profession I plan and teach lessons to children with different abilities and needs. To support children in their education I teach interventions before and after school. Moreover, I am very enthusiastic and passionate about my teaching at all times. My teaching energy and lesson activities encourage the children to engage in their learning. Moreover, I follow the national curriculum and the education policies at all times. I strongly believe in safeguarding children at all times and I hold a clear DBS check.

My teaching method is to teach children a variety of techniques so they are comfortable to use any. Further, I assess the child to meet their needs and I use a variety of resources to engage and motivate the children in their learning. Moreover, questioning the children frequently shows the understanding of the subject.
